Kanto is an Associate at John W Ffooks & Co. She has a broad practice in regulatory and transactional deals. She advises on a range of corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions and joint ventures in Madagascar and across Francophone Africa. She often assists our partners in the handling of cases, for both national transactions as well as in other jurisdictions under the OHADA legal system. Kanto speaks French and English.
