Adama Souare

Adama holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Sonfonia Adama has been part of the JWF team for more than 12 years. Before joining the Firm, Adama worked at Nimba Conseil & Conseils Associés en Afrique in Guinea.

Prior to joining the firm, his practice focused mainly on assisting foreign clients with the local law element of setting-up, developing and monitoring infrastructure projects in Guinea’s mining industry, port and oil & gas sectors.

Since joining the Firm, Adama advises principally on high-value natural resources and financing deals in Guinea. He specialises in Power and Renewables, Corporate & Commercial, and Natural Resources (Oil& Gas). Adama is fluent in French and English.
