Mohamed holds a Mater in Private Law awarded by the University of Sonfonia – Guinea. He was a Senior Manager at PwC Tax & Legal Guinea and has over 12 years of experience in legal and tax consulting. He participated in several restructuring and due diligence assignments in preparation for investments and acquisitions of mining and petroleum interests in Guinea, as well as in the negotiation of mining and heavy infrastructure agreements.
Mohamed specialises in Legal and Fiscal Studies and Consultations, Investment advice, Legal and Fiscal Due Diligence, Legal and tax structuring of activities, PPP and infrastructure agreements, Negotiation of mining agreements, Legal Secretariat and Tax and customs controls.
He advises and assists several multinational companies and enterprises operating in the energy, mining, hydrocarbons, transportation and logistics, environment and construction sectors in the implementation and day-to-day management of the legal aspects of their activities, their tax obligations, as well as the legal and tax structuring of their projects and investments in Guinea.
