Thomas Dingamgoto

Thomas is a Chadian-qualified lawyer and holds a PhD in Private Law from the University of Toulouse I Capitole. He has been working at John W Ffooks for more than nine years. He has been working with the John W Ffooks team for more than ten years. Throughout his career, he has gained a lot of experience issuing opinions on Banking and Telecoms regulation across the region, as well as acting on several significant transactions in the business sector. He was recently involved in a telco matter consisting in the acquisition of several thousand telephone masts across several Francophone Africa jurisdictions. Thomas helped advise a variety of institutions including domestic and international banks as well as financial institutions to support investments in different key sectors of development across Francophone Africa. He specialises in telecommunication, corporate finance, financial services, mergers and acquisition, banking and all aspects of commercial and business law across Francophone Africa especially in the OHADA countries. He is fluent in French and English.
