Yare Fall

Yare holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Université of Dakar. He has over 34 years of business law experience. He specializes in commercial and corporate litigation and has experience in handling complex and substantial disputes. He acts regularly on behalf of major local and international corporate clients, listed companies and state-owned companies. He is also member of the Council before the International Criminal Court, the Council before the Special Court for Lebanon, the Council before the African Court of Human and People’s Rights, he is also the Chairman of “Avocats Sans Frontières” and the Vice-President of the Senegalese League for Human Rights. Yare is fluent in French and English.
