We advised an international bank on its strategic cross-border project. Our support included the establishment of country-specific "Country Manuals" with respect to regulatory restrictions of Madagascar. These manuals outlined the types of communications and services the bank may carry on with its prospects or clients domiciled (or physically present) in Madagascar without triggering licensing requirements.
