We acted for one of South Africa's largest financial services groups on the opening of their new offices in Ivory Coast. Our advice included the oversight of major transaction documents and regulations surrounding establishment as well as the redrafting of common-law type documents into dual-language (English-French) documents compliant with Ivorian law.
