We advised the Ministry of Trade and Consumer Affairs in Madagascar in relation to the creation of a Free Zone industrial processing area in Tamatave. We negotiated for the land acquisition and drafted the framework contract for the commercial concession. We held extensive negotiations on the Government's behalf with the Mauritian counterparty and oversaw the preparation of the full suite of contractual documentation for the project.
