We advised within the context of a lending agreement, an exploration, development and production of oil, gas and power company, on its acquisition of certain hydrocarbon interests in Congo as well as the interaction between the proposed loan. We also advised on the possibility of taking security over Congolese hydrocarbon assets and contracts.
