Our regional experience helped French-based multi-national

We advised a French-based multi-national on the African assets of its target company. We reviewed the documentation available in the Data Rooms across the region and deployed staff from our correspondent firms as well as seconding experienced team members from our office in Madagascar. In addition to our countries of operation, we were asked to manage the output of local firms in two further jurisdictions due to our on-the-ground presence, regional experience and cost-effective fee structure.
