Advising a British multinational oil and gas company, one of the UK’s top-ten listed companies, on its farm-in to an offshore exploration licence. As well as providing an opinion on the PSC, we performed detailed due diligence on the partners local exposure to ensure compliance with listing and disclosure requirements in London. We also advised on fiscal aspects of the petroleum code for both operators and silent partners.
