We advised a Turkish company requiring legal assistance on its HPP Project in Madagascar and the restructuring of the PPA entered into with the state-owned electric utility and water services company. We specifically advised on the feasibility of assigning/novating the transaction agreements to SPV set up in Madagascar and subsequently drafting the relevant local law documentation.
