We are currently advising an ASX-listed company on the review of the terms and conditions of their IPP concession with the local state-owned electric utility and water services company in Madagascar for the construction, exploitation and maintenance of thermal power plant in Madagascar. This has involved detailed meetings with JIRAMA and the client on the negotiation & drafting of the concession agreement and related documentation.
