We are providing ongoing advice for an ASX-listed company. We reviewed the independent power plant concession agreement between our client and Madagascar's state-owned electricity-and-water utility company. The contract is large in scope, including the construction, operation, and maintenance of a thermal power plant. We have represented the client in extensive and regular meetings between it and the state-owned electricity-and-water utility company to ensure the concession agreement and supporting legal documents are drafted fairly for both parties.
