Physical commodities trading

We advised an American Bank on local law issues relating to physical trading of cargoes in and out of Gabon, Cameroon and Congo-Brazzaville. Advice covered taking security over cargoes, liens over vessels and local bank accounts. We also advised on throughput cargoes with destinations other than country of discharge.
