We acted for a leading international telecommunications provider in relation to its acquisition of telecommunication masts in Congo-Brazzaville, Chad and Gabon. We conducted a complete regulatory and legal due diligence on the assets and advised on the most efficient corporate structure to achieve the client’s investment aims in-country. We were responsible for realising this structure, and for advising on every detail of the plan, from corporate law, to security, employment and occupational health and safety laws.
